When I first started beseeingtheworldyo, I rarely hesitated when saying yes to last-minute flights or staying in hostels in third world countries, but 2026 has shifted everything in the most profound way—I crossed into an entirely new chapter of life, welcoming a baby into the world, and with that, my perspective on adventure, growth, and what it means to “see the world” has transformed. Now I must begin to experience the world through new eyes, embracing a slower, deeper, more intentional kind of adventure that’s rooted in love, family, and raising the next little explorer.
