I’m Brittany, or Brrr-ittany on the slopes, a quirky CPA in my thirties, navigating the world one off-the-beaten-path destination at a time since my unforgettable sabbatical through Central and South America in 2017. In 2023, I launched a winter sports enthusiast Instagram handle, BeSkiingTheWorldYo, making a sparkling debut for the 2023-2024 snow season. My skis, aka two planks, have left their mark on the pristine slopes of North America’s Lake Tahoe’s Sierra Nevadas, the Rockies, and Whistler Blackcomb and the powder-packed landscapes of Japan.
As my travels unfold, I’ve hopped across 5 continents—immersing myself in the vibrant cultures of the Americas, exploring the historic charm of Europe, carving through the snowy landscapes of Japan, and venturing into the wild beauty of Africa.
